HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our renowned Cardiac Catheterization Lab team. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility specializing in high-quality cardiac care. As an RN in our Cardiac Cath Lab, you will provide critical care to patients undergoing catheterization procedures, playing a key role in their treatment and recovery. This position demands a high level of expertise in cardiac care and the ability to respond effectively to patient needs in a dynamic and highly technical environment. Administer nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and other cardiac procedures. Monitor patient vital signs and physical condition before, during, and after procedures. Operate and understand all equipment within the cardiac cath lab efficiently. Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on procedure details, post-procedure care, and lifestyle changes. In-depth knowledge of cardiac care and catheterization procedures. Ability to operate complex medical equipment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle a high-stress environment.
