This role is pivotal in providing top-tier care for patients with acute conditions who require continuous monitoring. Monitor patient health status and provide appropriate nursing care. Administer medications and maintain detailed records of patient treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize care plans. Utilize telemetry equipment to track patient vitals and detect any critical changes. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatments and care processes. Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures to maintain high standards of safety and care.
