In this critical position, you will work within a dynamic team to assist in procedures using sophisticated technology to diagnose and treat heart rhythm disorders. Our EP Lab team is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of patient care that aligns with our mission to serve the health needs of our community effectively. Manage patient care before, during, and after electrophysiology procedures. Assess patients' health, and establish proper care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Operate and monitor EP equipment during procedures and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of patient data. Educate patients and families about procedures, possible risks, and expected outcomes. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations. Proficient in cardiac care and rhythm interpretation Skillful in the operation of EP lab equipment and technologies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-stress, fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred Certification in cardiac-vascular nursing or electrophysiology specialty (e.g., RCES) is highly desirable More...
