Oversee the daily operations of the hospital laboratory, including staff management, budgeting, and strategic planning. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning laboratory operations and safety standards. Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure the accuracy and efficiency of laboratory testing. Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction. Lead the recruitment, training, and professional development of laboratory personnel. Manage the department's budget, optimize resource allocation, and maintain cost-effective operations. Stay abreast of advancements in medical technology and laboratory practices to continually improve service delivery.
