We are actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who specializes in cardiac care to join our dedicated team. This position requires a professional who is adept at balancing intensive nursing care with high-level compassion in a state-of-the-art environment. Our facility leads with a patient-first philosophy that is supported by cutting-edge medical technology and innovative treatment plans tailored to individual healthcare needs. Monitor and record patients' heart rates, and communicate findings to cardiologists. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor responses. Provide post-operative care and aid in patient recovery. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, post-hospital treatment plans, and preventative care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor and implement comprehensive care plans. Respond quickly and efficiently to emergent cardiac situations. Strong clinical skills in a cardiac care setting Proficient in the use of cardiac monitors, EKG output interpretation, telemetry, and other related medical technologies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida BLS certification required upon hire ACLS certification required Certification in Cardiac Vascular Nursing (RN-BC) from the ANCC or similar is a plus More...
