The ideal candidate will provide clinical expertise in the areas of employee health services, occupational health compliance, and wellness initiatives while working collaboratively to ensure a safe work environment. Administer and interpret required health screenings and assessments for employees. Manage injury and exposure cases, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. Conduct workplace hazard assessments in collaboration with safety teams. Develop and implement health and wellness programs and educational seminars. Collaborate with HR and management to align health policies with organizational goals. Maintain knowledge of current health regulations and best practices.
