In this pivotal role, the Nurse Manager will oversee the operational, personnel, and clinical aspects of the unit, ensuring exceptional patient care while aligning with our commitment to the community's health needs. Manage daily operations in the Med Surg Telemetry unit, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and patient care standards. Develop and implement unit policies and procedures in collaboration with senior management and frontline staff. Monitor patient care for quality and efficacy, intervening as necessary to resolve issues and promote patient satisfaction. Foster interdisciplinary relationships among staff to enhance workflow and patient outcomes. Prepare and manage the budget for the unit, optimizing resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
