Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Lake City, FL Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $31 to $46 per hour Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 1 Years Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Summary The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality, patient-centered emergency care for patients with acute illnesses or injuries. The RN collaborates with physicians and the emergency care team to provide timely treatment using established nursing care models. Key Responsibilities Assess patient conditions and pain levels upon arrival and throughout treatment. Perform procedures and monitoring as ordered by physicians. Administer medications and evaluate patient responses. Document care accurately and promptly in the patient medical record. Respond quickly to patient needs in a fast-paced emergency environment. Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care. Provide guidance on preventive health and lifestyle changes when appropriate.
