Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Catheterization Lab Location: Ocala, FL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,002 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Travel RN - Cath Lab Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Cardiac Cath Lab License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: RCIS, ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - RCIS certification - ACLS/BLS certifications - Advanced skills in electrophysiology Description: This is a travel RN position in the Cath Lab. The facility is a multi-campus hospital with expansions and updates to its services. The Cardiac Cath Lab includes three procedure labs with a patient ratio of 3:1. Staffing includes unit secretaries and technicians. The lab is equipped with GE equipment, Impella devices, balloon pumps, Penumbra systems, and IVUS technology. Documentation is handled through the Merge Hemo system. Schedules consist of four ten-hour shifts with rotating call responsibilities. There may be a requirement to cover nearby facilities for STEMI calls. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in a Cath Lab. Procedures performed include right and left heart catheterizations, both diagnostic and interventional, as well as peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures.
