Support inventory management and procurement processes. Participate in menu planning and the introduction of new dishes. Assist in catering and special events operations as needed. Proficiency in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Strong understanding of sanitation regulations and occupational hazards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Aptitude for creativity and innovation in food preparation.
