This assignment offers CRNAs the opportunity to practice within a collaborative anesthesia care team model supporting operating rooms, obstetrics, and procedural anesthesia services in a well-resourced surgical program serving the greater Destin and Emerald Coast communities. Assignment Overview Location: Miramar Beach, Florida Contract Type: CRNA Locum Tenens Coverage Need: Ongoing Practice Model: Anesthesia Care Team EMR: Cerner CRNAs provide anesthesia services within a supervised care team model alongside anesthesiologists. Facility Overview Community hospital serving Florida’s Emerald Coast 80 hospital beds Adult ICU Level II NICU Active inpatient and outpatient surgical programs Annual surgical volume includes: 6,500 outpatient surgeries 2,000 inpatient surgeries This facility supports a busy coastal surgical program serving the rapidly growing Emerald Coast population. Clinical Case Mix CRNAs support a diverse surgical program including: General Surgery Orthopedics and Total Joints Endoscopy ENT GYN Interventional Radiology Plastics Spine Urology Podiatry Additional exposure includes: Obstetric anesthesia (~1,100 deliveries annually) Cath Lab procedures Acute Pain Service cases Major vascular procedures No cardiac surgery program.
