Perform high-quality automotive repairs with a focus on routine maintenance and pre-delivery inspections. Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. Ensure all vehicles meet CarMax’s quality standards and pass final inspections before delivery. Document all repair and maintenance actions and reports. Maintain a safe, clean, and environmentally compliant workspace. Profound knowledge of automotive systems and components. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment. Effective communication and customer service skills.
