Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in a variety of settings based on assignment. Quickly adapt to new environments and patient care standards. Coordinate with healthcare teams to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Educate patients and families on health care needs, conditions, and options. Exceptional clinical skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. Strong adaptability to rapidly changing environments and patient needs. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. Proficiency with electronic healthcare records and medical software.
