Location : Fort Myers, FL Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire Total Compensation (base incentive) : $100,000 per year About the Role We’re seeking passionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join a dynamic outpatient team dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity offering competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and a collaborative clinical environment. What You’ll Do As a Physical Therapist, you’ll work with a diverse patient population and treat a wide range of conditions including orthopedic and neurological disorders, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, vestibular, concussion, balance, and gait issues.
