Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Crystal River, FL Agency: Core Medical Group Pay: $2,070 per week Shift Information: Days Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Core Medical Group to find a qualified Home Health RN in Crystal River, Florida, 34423! no start dates after 3/23 will be considered at this time. HH M-F RN's needed no weekend and/or on-call requirement Territory - 1 for the cape coral area and 1 for the Port Charlotte area. Mileage - .55 Productivity - RN 30 units per week. LPN 35 RN Productivity - Minimum 30 units per week for a 40 hour timesheet. Documentation - needs to be completed within 24-hours for patient visit 2.0 SOC, 1.5 ROC, 1.25 Recert and Eval 1.0 Discharge and Regular visit. 1 Unit equals 60 minutes.
