Lee Health is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Seasonal Winter Float Pool for the 2026 Winter session. This role requires the flexibility to work across multiple facilities within our network, adapting to various clinical settings to meet the increased healthcare demands during the winter season. Successful candidates will demonstrate versatility and a commitment to excellence in patient care. Provide top-quality nursing care to patients across various departments as part of the winter float pool. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and clinical guidelines. Document all patient care and interactions accurately and in a timely fashion. Support patient and family with education, emotional needs, and preparation for home care. Strong clinical skills in a variety of healthcare settings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Medical Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred More...
