As a Charge Nurse in our CVICU, you will oversee the nursing staff and ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to our patients with severe cardiac conditions. This position requires advanced clinical skills, leadership capabilities, and a passion for patient care in a high-stakes environment. Manage and supervise the nursing staff within the CVICU. Ensure adherence to hospital policies and health regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Provide mentorship and training to new nurses and staff. Maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. Monitor patient care and intervene as necessary to ensure high standards.
