HCA Florida Brandon Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our University FSED (Freestanding Emergency Department) in Brandon, Florida. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations and patient flow of our emergency department while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. This position requires a leader who can effectively manage nursing staff, collaborate with physicians, and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will contribute to our mission of providing innovative and exceptional care to our community. Coordinate and manage the nursing activities and operations of the FSED. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor nursing staff to ensure compliance with established standards and practices. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to streamline processes and ensure high quality patient care. Manage patient flow to maximize efficient use of resources and patient satisfaction. Implement and oversee infection control protocols, ensuring a safe environment for both patients and staff. Participate in the development and execution of training programs for all new hires and ongoing staff development. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations concerning healthcare and the nursing industry.
