Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, and administer medications and treatments. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to formulate a care plan, communicate needs, and evaluate patient responses. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and prepare reports on patient status. Guide and mentor less experienced nursing staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
