Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive nursing care for oncology patients. Administer chemotherapy and other prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing protocols. Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to oncologists. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care and outcomes. Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and any other pertinent health information. Ensure adherence to all relevant nursing and facility policies, standards, and procedures.
