Details - Hospital-based Med/Surg unit with a stroke specialty focus (Unit 2S) - Night shift schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM - 13-week contract Requirements - Active FL or Compact RN license required (must be active — pending licenses not accepted) - Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required (no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the start date) - Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required - Stroke unit experience required - AHCA compliance required for all CHS Florida travelers - Valid U.S. Driver's License required for consideration - U.S. Social Security Number required - No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months Additional Information - NIHSS and stroke experience must be clearly documented in your profile - Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position - Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible - RTO requests must be less than one week in duration American Traveler Job ID P-680600.
