LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in New Port Richey, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 20 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Required skills: Skilled home care experience- Will not accept private duty nursing experience only Must have home health experience with OASIS training and experience. IV skills and wound care General Medical Dx High risk Dx: HF, COPD, Mi, Pneumonia, Stroke Post-op care Certs required: BCLS Patients: cardiopulmonary assessment, basic wound care, ABI compression dressing, wound vac dressing, Pleurx /Aseptdrain care, foley catheter change and care, staple/suture removal, use of glucometer, use of pro-time machine, SQ/IM injections, lab draw venipuncture, IV skills, PICC line or Midline care and dressing change, SQ port access/deaccess Skilled Home Care (Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Commercial ins.) Day/Shift hours can vary to the needs of the HomeCare office: Other requirements: 1 year experience required Must have valid drivers license and car to make home visits. Must be COVID vaccinated or with exemption form on file. Must have flu shot or declination and in both cases mandatory mask wearing at all times while at work.
