As a Caregiver at Trinity Springs , you will provide person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence and well-being. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others . You will be working in our Assisted Living. Positions Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend Available Shifts (Including every other weekend): Evenings: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Full-Time) Wage Range: $15 - $17.57 /hour depending on experience Caregiver Responsibilities: Provide residents' services based on service schedules/care plans. Exhibit a caring and compassionate attitude for others. Answer help and pull cords in timely fashion and take appropriate action. Plan and complete duties with minimal direction from supervisor. Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration. Complete incident reports within scheduled shift.
