This role is pivotal in maintaining the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property during night hours. The ideal candidate will exhibit vigilance, professionalism, and a calm demeanor in all situations. Responsibilities include monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and compiling reports on overnight activities. Monitor CCTV and other surveillance equipment to ensure the security of the property and its occupants. Conduct regular patrols of the entire property to detect and resolve security issues proactively. Respond to alarms and emergencies in a timely and effective manner. Maintain detailed logs of overnight security activities and incidents. Enforce hotel security policies and procedures to prevent and mitigate safety risks. Assist guests in emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or safety concerns. Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary. Ability to operate security surveillance equipment. Strong observational skills to detect unusual activities. Excellent communication skills for reporting and emergency response. Ability to maintain composure and make quick decisions in stressful situations. Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to incidents. Certification in CPR and First Aid.
