This role requires someone who can operate with a high level of professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their luggage promptly. Escort guests to their rooms while informing them about the property's amenities and services. Handle guest queries and requests efficiently and courteously. Maintain presence at the bell stand and monitor the lobby for guest needs and security. Coordinate with the front desk and other team members to manage guest services seamlessly. Provide information regarding local attractions, transportation, and dining options. Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are tidy and presentable.
