Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensure adherence to Marriott’s standards. Supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Audit rooms, public areas, and back of house for cleanliness and proper inventory levels. Manage supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure adequate stocking at cost-effective rates. Implement and monitor housekeeping protocols and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness and service, ensuring immediate resolution and guest satisfaction. Collaborate with maintenance and front office departments to ensure seamless guest experience and operational excellence.
