Marriott International, a global leader in the hotel industry, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Coordinator to oversee the routine and deep cleaning operations across our multiple properties. This role involves coordinating the activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure optimal guest satisfaction, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensuring that all environmental standards are met or exceeded. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences. Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and distribute workload to staff based on guest needs and business schedules. Train and supervise housekeeping staff and ensure all members are aware of and adhere to high standards and safety regulations. Inspect rooms, lobbies, and hallways for cleanliness and order. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, ensuring adequate levels are maintained to meet daily operations. Communicate with front office and maintenance staff to ensure prompt addressing of guest needs and room issues. Compile and review daily reports and logs for management about room occupancy, completed tasks, and inventory issues. Implement and monitor sustainable cleaning practices.
