In this role, you'll be the face of Sherwin-Williams, exemplifying our commitment to service excellence by providing outstanding support and guidance to our diverse customer base. This position requires a keen understanding of customer needs, a proactive approach to resolving issues, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Provide professional and courteous service to all customers in-store, assisting with product selection, color matching, and purchases Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring complete resolution and satisfaction Maintain deep knowledge of Sherwin-Williams products, promotions, and services to accurately address customer questions Operate the point of sale system, manage financial transactions, and uphold cash handling procedures Assist in maintaining the visual and operational standards of the store, including stocking shelves and conducting inventory checks Coordinate with the store management and team to plan and execute promotional events or sales Guide customers through our loyalty programs and encourage repeat business Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven problem-solving abilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Competency with POS systems and basic computer software Knowledge of retail operations and inventory controls Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Customer service training certifications are a plus.
