This role is pivotal in delivering the exceptional service and quality hospitality synonymous with the Marriott brand. Located within our luxurious premises, the successful candidate will enhance guest experiences by ensuring all service interactions meet our high standards of excellence. Welcome and interact with guests to enhance their dining experience. Provide detailed information about menu items and assist guests in making food and beverage selections. Ensure that dining and seating areas are clean and well-maintained. Assist in setting up dining areas and private event spaces as needed. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and accurate order delivery. Handle guest complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner. Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Ability to work effectively in a team Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures Proficiency in a Point of Sale (POS) system Food Handler's Certificate or similar certification is preferred but not required.
