Greet and interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner. Understand menu offerings, provide recommendations and answer questions related to food and beverages. Ensure guest satisfaction through timely service and responsive adjustments to dining experiences. Operate the Point of Sale system, process bills, and handle cash or card transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations. Assist in the set-up and break-down of the dining area for service. Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
