Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health status and needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Document and maintain patient records with strict confidentiality. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate mental health care. Advocate for patient access to ongoing mental health services. Engage in continuous education to remain current on best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy and other therapeutic techniques. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
