Evaluate patients' physical conditions swiftly to develop appropriate therapy plans in an emergency setting. Implement therapeutic interventions for acute injuries and post-operative care to optimize patient outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to integrate physical therapy with overall emergency care. Record, update, and maintain accurate patient reports and progress notes. Educate patients and families about post-acute care and preventive measures to avoid further injuries. Strong ability to quickly assess and diagnose physical conditions in a high-stress environment. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with healthcare teams and patients.
