Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for transplant patients. Collaborate with transplant surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient status and response to treatment, adjusting nursing plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on post-transplant care and health maintenance. Participate in research and clinical trials as applicable. Maintain accurate patient records and report any pertinent changes or concerns to the appropriate professionals. Strong clinical skills with a focus on surgical and critical care nursing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
