We seek dedicated RNs who are passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a state-of-the-art environment. As part of our MICU team, you will play a critical role in managing complex, critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and therapies. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and participate in cutting-edge medical practices and research. Assess, monitor, and care for critically ill patients. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient status and report on patient progress. Participate in research and continuous improvement initiatives within the unit. Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
