HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical team on a per diem basis. As an RN in our Med-Surg unit, you’ll be instrumental in providing top-tier patient care and supporting our mission to deliver comprehensive, personalized healthcare. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor patient health and progress while preparing and delivering detailed nursing care reports. Administer medications, maintain detailed records, and ensure compliance with all hospital and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to revamp care and operational standards. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and other aspects of therapeutic regimens, including medication and pain management techniques.
