This position is integral to providing top-tier, specialized neurological care to our patients. As part of our team, you will leverage state-of-the-art technology and evidence-based methodologies to deliver exceptional care and enhance patient outcomes in our leading healthcare environment. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in coordination with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician. Document all elements of care, including changes in patients' condition, medication, therapies, interventions, and discharge planning. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring compassion and understanding for their conditions and treatments. Maintain patient safety and confidentiality standards at all times.
