HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital invites qualified and passionate Registered Nurses to apply for the position of RN CVOR Surgical PRN. Our facility is renowned for its advanced heart care, emergency services, and specialized surgeries. This role specifically focuses on providing expert nursing care in our Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) under a PRN (Pro re nata or as needed) status, which requires a high level of flexibility and commitment to excellence. Provide direct nursing care and support before, during, and after surgical procedures. Ensure the surgical area is sterile and maintain the integrity of the sterile field. Monitor patient vitals and maintain accurate records throughout the surgical process. Assist surgical team in patient positioning and during the operative procedure. Administer and manage medications in accordance with healthcare provider directives. Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Offer education and support to patients and their families regarding post-operative care and recovery.
