This role is instrumental in providing high-level, empathetic care to our most vulnerable patients—newborns requiring intensive medical attention. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team driven by the purpose of making a significant difference in the early stages of our patients' lives. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to newborns in the NICU. Assess patients' conditions and implement appropriate interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize care plans. Support the emotional and educational needs of parents and families. Document patient care services and update records with precision. Follow all hospital safety protocols and procedures.
