Year Up is seeking an Operations Assistant for our JOB Training Program, dedicated to empowering young adults. Coordinate and oversee daily operational tasks to ensure program effectiveness and compliance. Liaise with department heads to streamline processes and improve student experiences in the program. Assist with the preparation and coordination of training materials and schedules. Support the implementation of technology platforms for e-learning and virtual classrooms. Handle logistics for events, workshops, and seminars related to the program. Maintain accurate records of program activities and participant progress. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven problem-solving skills.
