Our ideal candidate is a compassionate professional with a strong commitment to recovery and wellness, who can effectively collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care across all sectors. Assess patient condition by examining muscle strength, mobility, and functionality. Develop individualized plans of care consistent with the treatment goals. Implement therapeutic interventions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as necessary. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and ongoing management strategies. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Document patient care and progress thoroughly in accordance with regulatory requirements. Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple patients with varying health needs.
