Our client, an industry leader in aluminum manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator Packers to join their team. As a Machine Operator Packer, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production and packing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator Packer Location: Rockledge, FL Pay: $17.60/hour Shift: 2nd shift, Mon-Fri 3:00pm to 11:00pm with OT and some Saturdays What's the Job? Perform packing and machine operating duties. Select proper materials for packing based on product specifications and requirements Prepare packaging materials to ensure efficient workflow Use electric pallet jacks to move boxed products safely and efficiently Monitor production machines and obtain first piece approval before completing lot runs What's Needed? Prior machine operating and product packing experience preferred but not required Ability to operate electric pallet jacks safely and effectively Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently (in the and 50 lbs occasionally Good communication skills to collaborate with team members Judgment within standard methods and procedures Willingness to adhere to all company policies and safety standards What's in it for me?
