In this role, you will be instrumental in handling the subrogation process, ensuring efficient recovery of funds and maintaining high standards of legal compliance and customer service. You will collaborate with various departments to manage claims and negotiate settlements, playing a key role in safeguarding the company’s interests and maintaining its reputation for excellence. Investigate and evaluate subrogation claims to determine the potential for recovery. Communicate and negotiate with policyholders, third-party insurers, and attorneys to resolve claims. Collaborate with claims adjusters and legal staff to develop strategies for recovery. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all subrogation processes. Conduct regular follow-ups on outstanding subrogation opportunities. Prepare and present reports on the status of subrogation efforts to management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to analyze financial and legal documents. Proficiency in using claims management software. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
