In this role, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care. This includes assessing patients' health problems and needs, developing nursing care plans, and maintaining detailed medical records. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate using computerized documentation systems. Instruct and educate patients and families. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders. Participate in discharge planning and multidisciplinary team meetings. Implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
