Prospect new clients through networking, cold calling, and leads to grow UniFirst's market presence. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Deliver tailored presentations to prospective and current clients to highlight UniFirst’s products and services. Work closely with customer service and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Gather market and customer information to provide feedback on buying trends and competitive landscapes. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management as required.
