In this role, you will work under the supervision of Licensed Physical Therapists to execute personalized treatment plans that foster patient recovery and improve mobility. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong desire to assist in improving patient outcomes through compassionate and technically proficient aid. Assist Physical Therapists in the implementation of treatment plans. Educate and guide patients on exercise routines and use of equipment. Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to supervising therapists. Maintain patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions. Complete administrative tasks and patient documentation as required. Ensure treatment area and equipment are prepared and maintained. Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and technology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and a strong attention to detail. Capacity to handle physical demands of supporting and guiding patients.
