What We Offer Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $36 – $45 plus performance-based bonuses and the flexibility to add additional paid hours. Your Role As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will: Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans with use of manual therapy, aquatic therapy, and patient education to drive recovery. Collaborate with your co-workers and other healthcare providers in the field to give your patients the best care possible. Maintain accurate, timely documentation using TheraOffice software. Who You Are Licensed: You hold a valid PT license in Vermont (or are board-eligible). Patient-Centered: You have a "patient-first" mentality and excellent communication skills.
