This role is ideal for physicians passionate about comprehensive primary care, value-based medicine, and long-term patient relationships—without inpatient or call responsibilities. ✨ Position Highlights 100% outpatient primary care Full-time, weekday schedule Collaborative care model with Practice Administrator, Case Manager & clinical staff Strong focus on quality improvement & coordinated care Athena EMR Supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented environment Clinical Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment • Manage chronic and preventive care for adult and geriatric populations • Document all patient encounters per organizational standards • Collaborate closely with Medical Assistants and clinical teams • Coordinate care to ensure high-quality patient outcomes • Participate in quality assurance and clinical improvement initiatives • Support special medical projects and onsite services as needed • Maintain ethical, legal, and professional standards of care Compensation & Benefits Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 annually Medical, Dental & Vision insurance 401(k) with employer match CME: 4 days $3,500 annually Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Relocation assistance & sign-on bonus options Stable, collaborative, physician-friendly practice culture ✅ Candidate Requirements • MD or DO from an accredited institution • Board Certified or Board Eligible in: – Family Medicine – Internal Medicine – Geriatric Medicine • Active or eligible unrestricted state medical license • Active, unrestricted DEA license • Current BLS & ACLS certifications ⭐ Preferred Qualifications • 2 years of outpatient clinical experience • Active Medicare & Medicaid enrollment • Experience with Medicare Advantage & Value-Based Care models • Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting • Proficient with EHR systems (Athena EMR preferred) About Haines, FL Located in Central Florida , Haines offers a relaxed lifestyle with easy access to Orlando, Tampa, and Florida’s beautiful lakes and outdoor activities.
