Job Description Family Medicine Physician Fleming Island, FL We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician who wants a predictable weekday schedule and top-tier student loan repayment. You’ll step into an outpatient role providing primary care to a diverse patient population of all ages. You’ll practice in Clay County, enjoying a sparse suburban feel in one of Florida’s most desirable communities. Why this role is compelling Monday through Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Average of 18-22 patients per day for balanced clinical flow. Comprehensive LPN triage service to minimize after-hours call burden. Significant incentive structure with both quarterly and semi-annual bonuses. Eligible for up to $75,000 in student loan repayment. Full clinical support staff in a mission-driven nonprofit setting. What makes you a great fit You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. You are comfortable providing primary care to patients of all ages. You hold a clear and active Florida medical license. You are a compassionate provider, whether a new grad or experienced. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $215,000 Quarterly and semi-annual incentive plans.
