Conduct one-on-one and group Pilates reformer classes ensuring attentiveness, safety, and effectiveness. Personalize sessions to fit individual guest needs, fitness levels, and wellness goals. Maintain cleanliness and order of the Pilates area, ensuring equipment is in good working condition. Stay updated with the latest Pilates trends and maintain professional growth and education. Provide exceptional customer service, creating an inviting and supportive environment. Collaborate with other fitness team members to deliver a holistic wellness experience to guests. Track guest progress and provide insightful feedback and encouragement. Expertise in Reformer Pilates instruction with a strong understanding of Pilates principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to tailor programs to client needs with attention to detail in execution.
