About the Role This is a pre-suit focused position , handling personal injury matters from intake through resolution. You will work closely with two experienced personal injury litigators , gaining direct mentorship, practical training, and exposure to real strategy—not just file management. This role is designed for someone who wants more than just a job. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into increased responsibility, client origination, and potential partnership based on performance and firm growth.
